Walk to swimmable private beach, gorgeous gated community full of picturesque architecture that makes those evening and early morning walks down to the private cove beach a delight! 3 miles to the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabo San Lucas, and easy access to the trans-peninsular highway connecting Cabo San Lucas to San Jose del Cabo (15 minutes away).

Large private pool, kid pool, hot tub. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Awesome roof terrace with panoramic views over Cabo San Lucas and the ocean. Downstairs living room opens out to combine back patio living area and pool patio area, to make a beautiful open flowing space.
