Hacienda Beach Club is THE place to stay in Cabo. Conveniently located right in Central Cabo and on Medano Beach (the only swimmable beach in Cabo). The Hacienda is unique because it is the only full-ownership property on this beach. With only 109 privately owned condominiums in a gated community it is truly special. A gorgeous resort with hotel style amenities, Beach Club and state of the art fitness Center. This condo has a beautiful beachy decor and open floor plan. Large ocean facing terrace with fully retractable pocket doors and great views from the 3rd floor location. Each guest suite has a king bed and spacious ensuites. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with full size appliances and a second terrace. This condo will not disappoint!

Wonderful!!!

We stayed here for 4 days over Spring Break and had just a wonderful time. The residence is gorgeous and comfortable. Service at Hacienda was 5 star love how they do everything by text and are immediately responsive, the food is so good, the pool is amazing, beach is perfect, location was great - you can be at the Marina and many bars and restaurants in a short walk. The view from the patio is stunning I could sit there for hours and just watch the boats. Thanks Jenni and Allison for a stay we won't forget!

Gorgeous condo with all you would need for a great stay!

We rented this beautiful condo for 4 nights in February. Allison was wonderful to work with. We have rented other units at Hacienda Beach Club before and this was the nicest condo thus far. The condo is gorgeous and everything was in immaculate condition. The views from the large patio are incredible. Both rooms have king beds and the mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen has everyting you would need to cook and eat in. We appreciated the daily housekeeping. The owner had drinks stocked in the fridge and even arranged a special surprise that made our day. We had just one complaint which is the second, non-primary bedroom that faces the marina is noisy at night. The music from the rooftop bar at the hotel across the street was audible in that room until 4 am, 3 of the 4 nights. Ear plugs or a white noise machine will make your stay more enjoyable if you are not a heavy sleeper. Hacienda Beach Club and Residences has historically been a 5-star resort. The rules and the behavior at the pool seem to be a bit lax compared to previous years but we are hoping that was just an unfortunate few days.
