The villa's heart is its extensive terrace, which includes a pool and jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor sound system, and a landscaped garden ending in a covered alfresco dining area overlooking the water. Listen to the sound of waves as you fall asleep each night. Large groups will have plenty of space to spread out across this spacious property, including the six large bedrooms. Most bedrooms have TVs, ensuite bathrooms, and private balconies from which you can enjoy the panoramic ocean views. There is also an additional half bath located off the main living area. For your convenience, essential toiletries and plush towels are provided.

The full kitchen is outfitted with everything you’ll need for cooking tasty meals or whipping up homemade margaritas. The chef of your group will love the generous counter space, five-burner gas stove, and wall-mounted oven and microwave. Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking, we can always arrange a private chef for your stay (for an additional fee).

The spacious indoor lounge area is situated right next to the dining area and kitchen and features a large seating area and a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. The glass wall in this area opens up to the large deck so you can enjoy sea breezes from both inside and out.

If you want to get your workouts in during your vacation, you can use the private fitness room to work up a sweat. Get your cardio on the elliptical, complete a dumbbell circuit, or simply get a nice stretch in. This room has its own AC so you can stay cool while you work out.

The outdoor space is the highlight of the villa. The extensive terrace stretches out towards the sea and offers panoramic views across the water. You can listen to the waves crash against the shore as you sunbathe in one of the loungers, take a dip in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table. There’s also a BBQ grill and plenty of additional seating areas on the terrace.

Cabo Bello is a well established residential community located east of Cabo San Lucas along the Cabo Corridor. The area is perfect for families looking for a beachfront home on the southernmost tip of California Sur. The small enclosed community offers several safety features including a guarded gate and security service. Residents also enjoy the fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez where there are seasonal whale visits.
