Situation idéale

Situation idéale Très proche du centre et de la promenade maritime et des plages. Quartier résidentiel, calme, arboré, pas de vis à vis. L’appartement en lui même est bien équipé mais aurait bien besoin d’une rénovation des sols en lino, vieillots et sales. Je le recommande toutefois.
