Propreté et literie a revoir.Odeur de tabac.Logement vieillot, une rénovation est à faire.Emplacement de la location excellent.

Appartement bien situé, bien équipé, mais la chasse du WC était défectueuse (pas de couvercle) la lunette du WC pas bien fixée, robinet de l'évier de la cuisine pas fixé, éclairage au-dessus de l'évier de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, la vaisselle pas très propre à l'arrivée
