Bom, mas poderia ser bem melhor

O lugar é muito bonito, tudo limpo, funcionários educados. Mas paguei 450,00, por um quarto com uma só tomada, TV que não funcionou em nenhum momento (alegaram problemas na operadora, mas estava com cara de falta de pagamento). Pedimos um café e um lanche, mas não atenderam, porque fizeram um jantar junino a 89,00, portanto, todas as atenções foram para o evento, quem não participou, como eu, passou fome, precisei rodar 30 minutos para comer. O café da manhã é bom, mas achei que tem muito doce. Acho que o paguei caro, pelo que ofereceram, principalmente porque a diferença de outros dias é significativa. É a primeira vez que uso o Hotel.com, e provavelmente será a última. Na saída, ainda fui questionado se paguei o total, alegaram erro no sistema da Hotel.com

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa!!! O hotel tem várias áreas de lazer, cheio de natureza por todos os lados o lugar é lindo, o local tem uma cachoeira e é ótimo pra quem quer relaxar, os funcionários são muito educados,gentis e prestativos, gostamos muito do serviço dos garçons e dos barmens, a limpeza do quarto é muito bem feita, café da manhã, almoço e jantar estava divino, comida muito saborosa!!! A equipe de recreação muito animada, a recreadora Formiga muito animada, motivava todos ao seu redor. Pretendemos voltar em breve com a familia.

Fim de semana muito bom.

Hotel com uma estrutura extraordinária, com um atendimento desde o check-in, pessoal de administração, pessoal de restaurante e atendimento em geral muito bom.....falar em restaurante a alimentação é um ponto a mais, sempre excelente, com varias opções tanto no cafe da manha, tanto almoço e jantar...limpeza no quarto fica um pouco abaixo, encontramos umas toalhas de banho com mofo....porem com a equipe de atendimento foram logo trocadas....nos percebemos que o hotel esta passando por uma reestrutura e ficamos na torcida que logo consigam chegar no objetivo.

Alimentação TOP, lugar lindo, bem no meio da mata. Quarto deixa a desejar (pelo menos o mais barato) Piscina estava aquecida apenas 1 dia de nossa estadia. Internet PÉSSIMA e celular não funciona lá. Ótimo para relaxar no meio da natureza. De 0 a 10, daria uma nota 6

Atendimento péssimo. Vou relatar acontecimentos na minha estadia sem papel higiênico.no quarto .liguei no ramal lindicado e no zap da recepção. Sem Atendimento .minha filha foi pessoalmente relatar a falta. Na recepção sem.sucesso..depois fui pessoalmente na recepção fui até um pouco rude.cobrar .depois de 15 minutos fomos atendidos

Precisa de melhorias urgente

Hotel com muito potencial mas, precisa de uma reforma geral urgente! Funcionários atenciosos, comida ok lugar lindo demais, no meio das montanhas. Segundo informações foi reaberto a um ano e estão reestruturando aos poucos, torço para que isso aconteça logo por que, como eu disse, tem muito potencial mas precisa melhorar muito estruturalmente.

Foi agradável a estadia, o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Sao bem solícitos. As atividades feita no hotel é ótima, os tios bem simpáticos e cuidadosos. O hotel em si precisa de algumas reformas, mas da pra aproveitar muito bem! A comida é maravilhosa, sem defeitos. Indico o local para quem procura descanso.
