Precisa de melhorias urgente

Hotel com muito potencial mas, precisa de uma reforma geral urgente! Funcionários atenciosos, comida ok lugar lindo demais, no meio das montanhas. Segundo informações foi reaberto a um ano e estão reestruturando aos poucos, torço para que isso aconteça logo por que, como eu disse, tem muito potencial mas precisa melhorar muito estruturalmente.

Esperava um pouco mais

Não foi a das melhores, o lugar deixou um pouco a desejar, algumas instalações estavam meio abandonadas , o quarto não tinha um frigobar, Internet péssima, tirando essas coisinhas o restante foi bom curtimos e deescansamos.

Foi agradável a estadia, o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Sao bem solícitos. As atividades feita no hotel é ótima, os tios bem simpáticos e cuidadosos. O hotel em si precisa de algumas reformas, mas da pra aproveitar muito bem! A comida é maravilhosa, sem defeitos. Indico o local para quem procura descanso.

Muita divulgação e pouca entrega.

Um hotel que tem potencial, mas ainda não consegue atender a demanda dos seus hóspedes. Falta limpeza na piscina e em algumas áreas externas, manutenção do ar condicionado, toalha de piscina e ainda arranharam meu carro. Pontos positivos: localização, pensão compelta e o atendimento de alguns funcionários.

Estadia Razoável, pois muitos probleminhas principalmente Ar Condicionado e Estrutura um pouco precária. Sem palavras pelo carinho e atenção da equipe do Hotel NHS Nicolas foram super atencioso conosco e gentil. No apartamento o colchão Box Ortobom e roupas de cama novas, havia uma capela com a Arca, Coliseu e arredores muito bonitos exatamente que procurávamos, linda paisagem cachoeira dentro da propriedade. Optamos pela pensão completa café da manhã / almoço e jantar vale muito, cardápio com variedades e sobremesas. Logo voltaremos a esse oásis urbano!

Manutenção para melhor servir!

O hotel está muito abandonado em algumas áreas, só há um banheiro na piscina coberta e estava muito sujo, o chão das piscinas pareciam que não tinha passado uma vassoura a meses! Porem o chef do café da manhã Colombo é maravilhoso assim como o barman Rafael! Na recepção tudo tranquilo! No quarto não funcionou o ar condicionado!

A estadia em si foi boa tirei um a dias para meu filho aproveitar as férias ele gostou muito da parte da recreação pessoal da recreação nota 10, funcionários educados e esforçados, café da manhã muito bom almoço e o jantar tb pessoal da cozinha nota 10 tb, o hotel tem estrutura, mais tem muita coisa que precisa ser reformada, muitos ambientes que tem mais sem uso e meios abandonados, a limpeza só precisa se organizar pois tive que pedir arrumação no quarto pois não passaram para arrumar nos dias que fiquei,a piscina percebi tb que precisava de limpeza especialmente a aquecida, fora isso os dias foram agradáveis e meu filho se divertiu muito isso foi bom.

O lugar onde o hotel está inserido é lindo, cercado de muito verde. Tivemos problemas desde a nossa entrada no hotel. A maçaneta de acesso ao quarto estava com problemas e nada funcionava corretamente. Entramos em contato com a recepção que disse que ia acionar a manutenção. O tempo foi passando e ninguém apareceu. Entramos em contato novamente com a recepção e algum tempo depois apareceu a manutenção. Disseram que era problema com a pilha da maçaneta e foram embora. Não resolveram nada. Algum tempo depois recebi uma solicitação da Hotels.com sobre a minha estadia. Nesse momento informei o que estava acontecendo com relação a maçaneta. Pouco tempo depois a recepção entra em contato comigo oferecendo outro quarto para acomodação, porém já era tarde da noite. Fizemos a mudança de quarto no dia seguinte.
