Air-conditioned villa with a pool located in Cabriès: a quiet Provençal village, ideally situated between Aix and Marseille, 15 minutes from the Aix TGV train station and 20 minutes from Marseille Provence Airport. Close to the main tourist sites of the region: from the Luberon to the calanques of Cassis, including the Côte Bleue, Aix-en-Provence, and Marseille. 600 meters from the house is the hamlet of Cabriès with shops: bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, and grocery store. 1 km away is a leisure park, Décathlon Village, offering: 18-hole golf, mini-golf, equestrian center, adventure park, gym, spa, climbing, squash courts, padel, soccer field, ...

The house is recent (built in 2022), modern, uses 100% renewable energy, and has a large tree-filled garden. The exterior consists of a large 40m² terrace with a relaxation area and a dining table. The terrace overlooks an in-ground pool of 7x3m. The pool is secured by an alarm and a bar cover, which allows opening and closing the pool in a few minutes. Outdoor games are available: ping-pong table, basketball court, and soccer goal.

To access the house, you take a driveway that leads to a large parking area reserved for you and can accommodate up to 6 cars. The driveway is a 50-meter-long dirt path, shared with one neighboring house. There may be cars passing on this path, and it must remain clear, but this does not affect the tranquility of the house.
