Una casa espectacular. Lo tiene todo cerca: Playas, supermecados, restaurantes. La casa esta en muy buen estado y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Sartenes, ollas, refrigerador, vasos. En fin, solo tengo cosas buenas que decir. La conminicacion con el dueño fue nuy buena.

Wir würden diieses Appartement nicht wieder beziehen

Cadiz ist eigentlich einee schöne Stadt. Das Appartement ist jedoch mit einigen Unannehmlichkeiten behaftet. Am Küchentisch können zwei Personen nicht gleichzeitig bequem sitzen. Selbst die sehr schmalen Hocker sind zu breit. Eine Alternative zum Essen bietet der niedrige Wohnzimmertisch allerdings nicht. Zudem ist die Couch im Wohnzimmer so durchgesessen, dass man das Gefühl hat, auf den Holzbalken der Couch zu sitzen. Der Herd in der Küche ist nicht richtig befestigt. Beim Öffnen der Backofentür hat man das Gefühl, der ganze Herd könnte einem entgegenfallen. Die Toiettenschüssel im Bad ist wackelig. Das Fenster der Toilette geht zum Innenhof. Dieser ist sehr schmal, die umsteheden Wohnung haben ihre Toilettenfenster ebenfalls in diesen Hof ausgerichtet. Die Folge ist, dass die Toilettenabluft aller umsteheden Wohnungen ebenfalls in diesen Innenhof abzieht. Dort herrscht dann der entsprechende Geruch vor, teilweise durchmischt mit den Gerüchen der Abluft aus einigen Küchen. Im Aufzug stockt dieses Luftgemischt permanent, ich bin fast immer zu Fuß über die Treppen gegangen. Die Menschen in diesem Stadtteil sind sehr hundelieb, es gibt also sehr viele Hunde auf den Straßen, Leider sind die Besitzer häufig nicht so konsequent, die Hinterlassenschaften zu beseitigen. Es lohnt sich der permanente Blick nach unten. Ich konnte einige Leute sehen, die das nicht machten und entsprechend verärgert reagiert haben. Parken nur auf kostenpflichtigen Parkplätzen möglich: 15-20€/Tag. .
