Beautiful property in an excellent location. Pool very nice. Spacious rooms. Really nice welcome with cold towels and hibiscus agua fresca as we checked in. Showers were poor, took a long time to heat up to barely lukewarm with terrible water pressure. 7am complimentary coffee not available as advertised. Adults only but children are allowed in the restaurant which is in the central courtyard so you can definitely hear them all around the hotel when they are there. Hosts could be a little overbearing. Insisted on speaking English despite my initiating conversation in Spanish. I'm not English, we're in Mexico, that's not a plus for me. For this price, I would probably investigate other options if I went back.

We loved the Casa Natalia!!!!! The absolute ONLY thing needed was a coffee pot in the room!! The owner was so gracious as was all of the staff! Beautiful surroundings and areas to sit and relax! Private balcony! Restaurant and Bar service was excellent! Friendly and accommodating!

Loved the central location. The staff made us feel like family. Always friendly and eager to help. Great to have an in house restaurant when we didn't want to leave and go out. You must try the chooxlate chicken!

2nd time we have stayed there. We really enjoyed our first stay. This time, mixed feelings. Pros: Best location in San Jose. Right on the square. Close to EVERYTHING! Excellent staff Good parking Great pool Small and attentive Cons Didn’t care for the room. Upstairs . ( downstairs are much better). Weird painted face on the wall. Their take on making it an art pierce failed. Makes you feel like someone is watching you. Display case on the outside of the room depicted “ small various statues of devils”. Strange taste in art. One small bottle of water in the room. They said just to “fill up the bottle at the bar downstairs when needed. ( when 92 degrees it’s a lot of trips). We stayed 2 nights and they never replaced the water. Complementary margaritas when checking in, along with a refreshing iced non alcoholic drink. Good call. Very welcoming staff. Gave it 3 stars this time because of those things afore mentioned. Things I believe important but may not be to others. Most likely would stay there again ( with a room downstairs). The location alone is worth it.

It was a complete disaster staying at this location. Do not book this hotel at all. Unless you want jump through your own window to get in through the hotel. Be outside with no accommodations when the power goes out. So if you want do all of those things, please book with them.

The day we arrived there was a power outage, not the hotels fault but the way it was handled was awful. We were sitting at the pool for over 5 hours since it was too hot in the room and there was no running water. We were checked in on 1x, there was no other customers at the hotel so not sure why nobody could come update us or just offer some ice water since we were dying in the heat. Also if you have mobility issues, this is not a great hotel for you. My mother has limited mobility and there are stairs everywhere, to the rooms to the pool to the front desk, everywhere! Then my sister in law got locked out of her room and they couldn't get the door open, she had to jump through a window to open it herself because they said they couldn't get a locksmith. After sharing our concerns the manager offered us a single hotel room at another hotel for the night while things were fixed. We originally booked 2 rooms with them, once I pointed that out she offered us 2 rooms. We ended up staying at the other hotel because we didn't want any more stress or tension on our trip. Again there are things that hotels can't control like power outages, but the way you handle it or customer concerns makes a huge difference.

The hotel is nice. The food is terrible. And overpriced Also, the Wi-Fi is horrific if you’re staying in a room that is below the pool be prepared to not be able to do anything. They also should upgrade their TV so that people can use their own Netflix accounts and what not.

Really cool hotel with a great pool in the patio. The staff was very friendly during check in and at the bar/restaurant. I liked my room, but it had almost no natural light (not their fault). I didn't love that it was a shared balcony with the room next door (it didn't feel super secure as a solo woman traveler). Room was very clean and spacious and had good air conditioning. The first night there was some huge event going on until late into the night with music blasting, which they apologized for and said that it was not normal at all to have the noise. Sure enough, it was really quiet the next night. I would definitely recommend this spot for people who want to interact with San Jose del Cabo instead of being at the beach resorts.

Casa Natalia is a wonderful boutique hotel nestled in art distric t of San Jose de Cabo. There are a number of wonderful restaurants around and it's ambience is amazing. The surrounding plaza is great for exploring the culture and experience of Cabo.

Casa Natalia is in a perfect location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach was about a mile away and provided a nice running path to/from the hotel and the avenue by the beach. The pool was small but perfect for our group. The balcony was a lovely spot to relax.
