Quiet house in Caen with 2 bedrooms , 2hrs from Paris, Closed garden and terace

20mn by car from D-Day landings beaches, the city center is 15 minutes walk (and crossing the park of the castle of William the conqueror after a few streets). Along the Orne canal, you can easily get to Ouistreham by bike or on foot. Parking is free and easy in front of the house.
The house is very easy to access, close to public transport (if you travel by train, the tram will drop you 5 minutes walk).

The house is easy to find, near public transports (if you travel by train, tramway will let you at 5mn walk) and if you come by car in front of house is free. The house is very well insulated and oriented, bright. The garden is closed, the terrace is large.
Access is by 5 steps and the room to the west is in mezzanine with a Japanese step-like staircase, then not accessible to disabled people or children.

We are neighbours and can guide you if you needed. Animals are not accepted.
Equipped with solar water heater, induction hob, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, 1 bed 90x200, 2 twin beds 2x90x200, triple glazing windows, 1 shower room with WC, DEL lighting. No network or wifi. A deposit of 300€ in cash will be requested on arrival and returned at the end of the stay according to the state of the art.
