Enjoy the benefits of being right in the centre of Llanberis, everything, including Snowdon, within walking distance, in this beautiful detached house with its own drive and garage!
You can take in stunning views of Snowdon from the decked garden, and views of the amazing quarry, a world heritage site, from the front windows.
This house is warm, comfortable, well equipped and provides plenty of space for relaxing and socialising.
A perfect base for exploring what North Wales has to offer!

The space
You'll enter the house into a tiled hallway with downstairs toilet through a door to the left.
You'll then continue on into the beautiful living area, with big glass double doors through to the kitchen diner. The solid wood floors throughout give a really luxurious feel.
The thick fluffy stair carpet will feel so cosy on your bare feet as you head up to bed.
There's a choice of 3 bedrooms.

There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over bath.
You'll find an added touch of luxury with the heated tiled floors in the ensuite and bathroom.
There is a darts board and fuseball table in the garage for your use, but please note the garage does not have heating and is not sparkly clean like the main house. it is used for storage and guest car parking when required.
The garden has recently been upgraded and is now fully enclosed, however, if your dog has a tendency to jump to escape, there are sections that are stones walls which could be jumped over!
Guest access
The house benefits from its own driveway and garage. There is room for one car in the garage and one car on the drive (two if they're small!)
There is also a decked area benefiting from wonderful views of Snowdon and the surrounding mountains.

Enjoy cosy night in with the 50 inch telly in the living room.
You can enjoy entertainment and movie passes included with your stay on the NOW TV app.
