The apartment is just a 5-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) from the CBD, with the nearest bus stop at Mulgrave Rd, Parramatta Park State School.

Cairns Airport is only a 15-minute drive away, making arrivals and departures easy and convenient.

Respect for Neighbours:

The complex includes both short- and long-term residents. Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 p.m. to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

No Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on all balconies.

Housekeeping:

Daily cleaning is not included. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. Extra towels are available upon request (additional charge applies).

Luggage:

Please note that luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out.
