Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Arrived after 12 hours travel, struggled to climb to rooftop for a drink with owner. Given a bottle of water while he pushed to sell his overpriced trips. Was not happy when I would not book his £200 package. Told that the enterance to the pyramids near the hotel was only an exit for camels and needed to take the trip to gain visitor entrance, so we agreed the trip,(load of lies). After having booked a luxury double on half board, I was put in a tiny one bed with no room for bedside cabinet. I did complain but no action until Expedia contacted him after my initial review.he then wanted me to inform expedia he had moved me on day 3. my friend who had her own room never got ,moved. After room was not cleaned or clean towel provided again no action only mopping corridor not the rooms. Because of the steep tiled spiral staircase we was unable to go to roof terrace for meals so at in room. Food was disgusting. First evening a plate of cold pasta. Returned it and got it back after a slight warming in the microwave. Asked could we eat on the visable grasss area, said it was locked. I do not recognise the food on the table in your picture, certainly not what we recieved. On the 4th morning they forgot to provide breakfast excuse was that they did not know we were still in the .Inn. At3 am the was hammering and drilling along with loud talking and laughing. Ramadan Breakfast celebration. Evening meal of Chicken and rice.
