部屋自体は比較的きれいに整備されており、エアコンも完備されているが、ホテルが入居している建物自体が古く、階段はゴミ・ホコリだらけ、食べかけの生ごみも見受けられ、不衛生であった。エレベーターは木製かつ吊り下げ式で使用するにはコツがいる。安全に使用するために、十分な注意が必要。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーかつ親切なので、施設・設備の問題である。
