Horrible, gérante qui ne veut que gagner de l'argent. Elle nous a facturé le trajet de l'aéroport à l'hôtel à 1000 livres alors qu'il est censé être gratuit et qu'il est sur Uber 350 livres maximum. De plus elle est devenue agressive et désagréable quand on a refusé de faire une activité avec elle qu'elle proposait a 200 dollars américains. Cette excursion nous l'avions fête seuls et nous n'avions même pas dépassé les 100 dollars. J'attends un retour de votre part sur ce qui s'est passé (je vous enverrai la facture de l'hôtel de la somme payé pour le transport) ainsi que quelques photos de la chambre et d'autres détails. Je n'y achèterai plus jamais sur votre site si aucune mesure n'est prise. Cordialement,
