My experience at this hotel was very pleasant overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and quick with the check-in process. The security presence is clear and made the stay feel safe and well managed. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a short stay in Cairo. Housekeeping was consistent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It’s in downtown Cairo, close to shops, cafes, and main attractions, which made moving around very easy. The hotel also offered organized tours at good prices, which saved us time and money. For the price, the hotel offers great value. It’s a good choice for travelers looking for convenience, safety, and friendly service. I would consider staying here again in the future.

The place is truly beautiful from the inside and very well designed. The interior is elegant, modern, and carefully maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The lighting and decoration create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything feels organized and thoughtfully arranged. The common areas are quiet and pleasant to spend time in. The cleanliness standards are excellent throughout the property. The ambiance makes you feel relaxed as soon as you enter. It is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy your stay. We booked for 2 nights in this hotel. There was no sign that we saw outside or at the entrance indicating where the entrance was. We had to asked the people. The hotel itself is ok, but the problem was the reception is on the 5th floor. And it happened to be that the elevator was not working when we arrived during our first day. So we had to drag all our luggage by ourselves to the 5th floor to a VERY dirty and UNSAFE spiral staircase, there were broken steps (tiles). So if you forget something and you already outside (Like we did), you’re going to have a workout. And be very careful going down or you’ll find yourself tumbling down the stairs. The elevator was fixed the next day. It will only hold 3 people and STAY AWAY by the entrance because there was NO DOOR. We decided to transfer to another hotel (without any refund) the next day even though they already fixed the elevator. The hotel staff and the facility is ok but I can’t recommend this hotel because of what we experienced.

There was not a stay at Viaje. Upon arrival, I walked up 5 absolutely disgusting sets of stairs because the elevator wasn’t working. I was greeted by a man wearing a “Valencia Hotel” shirt and repeatedly told me he wasn’t the receptionist. He called someone else and made me speak to them on the phone so they could look up my reservation. In looking around, I noticed that the space for the hotel was not finished AT ALL! There is no spa, no place for breakfast, etc. I still asked to see the room (despite feeling scammed) so he showed me a room that was not even close to the suite I booked, nor was construction finished in the actual room. Maybe in a few months, it’ll be as wonderful as they’ve advertised but as of this week, the hotel doesn’t even really exist besides a sign downstairs.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. This isn't a hotel, and everything you see in the pictures has no relation to the actual place. The filth is shocking. I saw cockroaches and rats in the reception area, and when I went up to the room, I held my nose because of the foul odor and the filth that filled the place. Therefore, even though I paid in advance for a 12-night stay based on the misleading photos I saw on the website, I decided to leave immediately and look for another hotel to sleep in. Anyone who wants to get sick and carry germs should go to this hotel, so I absolutely do not recommend it.
