Lovely apartment El Llac just 100 metres from the beach, with communal swimming pool, in the coastal town of Calafell (Tarragona).
If you are a lover of the sea, gastronomy and leisure venues, this is your apartment! El Llac is a flat located in a very quiet residential area, ideal for families. Its proximity to the beach will allow you to enjoy in just a few steps its beautiful fine sand beach and its variety of beach bars or terraces.
This apartment is located very close to the centre of Calafell. It is next to the train station, a family leisure area and a commercial area with several large supermarkets such as Caprabo, Mercadona… You also have within a 2-minute walk all types of restaurants with different cuisines, where you can enjoy with your family, amongst other things, a delicious Paella or some good Tapas.
If what you are looking for is to do water activities, on the seafront promenade you will find a wide variety of options.
And if what you like is sightseeing, you have a must-visit to the city of Tarragona. In it you will be able to discover its beautiful Roman area that will take you through time, the apartment is only 29 km away by car (about 34 minutes.) But if you prefer to experience strong emotions, in just 45 minutes you can visit one of the best amusement parks in the world such as Port Aventura World. You can also visit by car, the charming seaside area of Sitges and explore its picturesque old town which is only 20 minutes away. And if what you prefer is to discover the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona it is 70 km (about 50 minutes) from the apartment.
The El Llac apartment is distributed as follows:
External area: There is a communal external area within the complex that consists of a small swimming pool. Additionally, the property has a terrace and small private patio with direct access to the beach, which is 100 metres from the apartment.
Apartment: It has three double bedrooms. One of them with a double bed, private bathroom and access to the terrace, and the other 2 with two single beds each.
It also has another full bathroom with a shower tray, a spacious dining room with access to the terrace, and a spacious kitchen equipped with utensils, crockery and appliances.
The accommodation is entirely exclusive for guests. They will not share any area inside the apartment with anyone else.
The swimming pool is for communal use.
A set of bed sheets and a set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you wish to change sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.
Cleaning is not included during your stay. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, you can request it as an additional service for an extra charge.

Before arrival at the property, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests, and furthermore, you must pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff member responsible for handing over the keys will not deliver the keys until this process is completely finished.
The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat of Catalonia is €1.00 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 years old do not pay).
RESPONSIBILITY
The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read carefully the property rules that will be posted. Parties and smoking are not permitted inside the apartment. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to vacate the property immediately, with no right to compensation or refund.
It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.
Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property during their stay and undertake to return it in the same condition as the accommodation and its furnishings were found, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the property.
If any defect occurs in the property, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.
