Nice clean basic hotel

Friendly staff. Basic clean rooms. Clean swimming pools. Entertainment in evenings. Lovely food cooked from scratch by cheft. Nothing is too much trouble. Asked for extra pillow and towels. No problem. Would book again

A basic but clean and friendly hotel, set back from the bustle of the main road, helpful and accommodating staff, rooms a little dated but perfectly adequate, nice pool, good food, smiley people.

Terrible experience in Osbourn Resorts

Rooms shown in the net are different from the originals ,there is no room service available ..foods very terrible ,room are shabby dark and claustophobic ..even the complimentry breakfast ...no one even come and checked for feedbacks ....will not recommend anyone to stay in Osbourn. Expedia should check the rooms themselves before suggesting it to their guests.

The Hotel was in good place,however the beach is very far which was communicated as very nearby. The Room was not good, infact the quality of the room was not good. The bathroom accessories was not working properly,water was not available.

It was good overall and also peisa vasul feeling in the end but the staff and room service need improvement... The telephone was not working and there is less responsive behavior by staff..

Reception staff extremely unfriendly. They looked annoyed be me trying to check in. Bar and restaurant staff friendly. Food ok. Rooms just terrible. Musty, smelly, stains and holes on sheets. Dirty towels.Fire detector beeping every 5 minutes, keeping me awake. Pool decent. I understand this is not Ritz but still - you can get much better deals in Goa. At least if they were friendly. ...

Pathetic service

We stayed there for 4 days and night. Booked online based on their rating. Hotel location is not good as it is inside the main road. Room was big but the condition was very bad. All the fittings were very old and broken. There was no room service. Finally, not recommended.

Pathetic service

I went to Goa with my family for vacation. We stayed there for 4 nights. We booked the hotel based on their rating but I don't think it deserves that much rating. Room was big but condition was bad. We paid for extra bed but only bedding was provided (without cot). Electrical fittings were old and broken with wires out. There was no room service. Finally no value for money.

It was informed to me by one of the housekeeping staff that if we want our room to be cleaned then it has to be done before 1 pm else they will clean it the next day. Over all the experience was good, the hotel staff was courteous and helpful

The overall experience at osborne was NEGATIVE.Very rude service at the restaurant area near the pool (of course we did not use any other service).

Very Poor Quality Hotel

This hotel is of a very very poor standard. Rooms are dirty, unsafe and in need of some repair/upgrade. We arrived and were shown a room which wasn't fit to stay in. We asked to see a better roomn and were told there were no other rooms. When we said we were leaving and wouldn't take the booking we were shown another room that was just as bad. The lady on reception had a bad attitude.

Wait for the refurb

Have stayed here before and knew it needed updating staff are great but badly needs a coat of paint and deep cleaning bed are like rock complete refurb needed. Only stayed one week of 3 found nicer and cheaper.

This is an excellent Resort. You have a choice of staying in one of the 3 buildings. Large rooms- one TV room and one bedroom with AC. Also a large bathroom with 24hr hotwater. Also available are 3 swim pools. Nightly entertainment is provided but could be better. Not much for children to do except swim. Taxi available outside the resort hotel. 10 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins to local shops. 30 mins walk from Calangute Centre.

I had lovely time in goa, but the hotel itself was very basic. The room was damp and moldy. The staff is too loud by the rooms no chance to sleep in the mornings from 6.30.am. Quite dissapointed as i experienced very low quality for the money I paid.
