This hotel tried to have me pay double rate

Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

You can find a better hotel for the money..

The hotel is very old and needs a lot of improvements. The bathroom is very old and the way the shower is set up the whole bathroom fills with water every time you shower. There is nothing in the bathrooms like soap, blowdryer, shampoo or simple things you will find anywhere else. The food is very mediocre and the cereal was steal and old. YOU will NOT sleep on the weekends due to the club and bars right across the street, the music is so loud that the windows in the room were vibrating and making a crazy noise the whole entire night and at approx. 3am when the music got better people started to scream and party in the middle of the street making it impossible for me and my family to sleep. Also, you will hear everything going on on the next rooms and hallway. Definitaly, one of the worse hotels i've stayed so far. Spend a little more money and stay on a better hotel!!

Falta Manutenção, queda qualidade alimentação

Gostaria de deixar algumas observações sobre minha hospedagem. 1 Ponto manutenção de vocês esta precária visto que mesmo trocando de quarto tiver de pedir para limpar o ar condicionado, o que demonstra ser regra a falta de limpeza no ar condicionado. 2 A manutenção das portas e do banheiro é precária, tanto que mudamos de quarto e pegamos outro que nao estava igual, mas também fechadura quebrada e com gambiarra. 3 As portas dos armários ramgem demais falta lubrificação nas dobradiças. 4 O café da manhã na quinta o suco de laranja que é a única coisa que tomo era natural, depois somente artificial, uma queda enorme na qualidade do primeiro dia e se foi porque estava lotado, receberam de todos, então deveriam comprar e manter o fornecimento. 5 Piscina coberta em reforma mas esta as fotos em todos os sites de venda, e na falta dela deveriam manter a externa bem aquecida para amenizar o transtorno dos cliente que usam este tipo de piscina, mas infelizmente aquecida só esta na quarta a noite. A recepção foi 10 em todos os momentos, mas sem manutenção e pessoal suficiente não ha o que fazerem. É muito lamentável que estaja assim, pois o hotel é com ótima localização, e com a devida manutenção seria nota 10 em geral. Mas como esta a nota seria 3 Piscina coberta em reforma e esta nas fotos da compra, café da manhã na lotação hotel de suco natural mudou para artificial e não tomo cafe só suco

experiência insatisfatória

hotel com instalações muito velhas, colchão, toalhas e roupas de cama ruins, somente 02 elevadores funcionando, super lotado. café da manhã tumultuado. estacionamento longe do hotel, tivemos que buscar a roupa que ficou no carro do outro lado da praça. ressalve-se que o bar e bom e o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente.

Razoável poderia ser melhor, banheiro com lodo no box , brindex sujo. Lindo e aconchegante hal de entrada, 😔pena que o restaurante não siga o mesmo padrão. Excelente café da manhã e refeições, mais o local tá bem sujinho....as janelas e teto sujos.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e aconchegante, porém o fato do estacionamento ser terceirizado, é, portanto pago, além de ser longe do hotel não agradou! Nós nem sabíamos que o estacionamento era pago pois não tinha informação no site. A internet também é bem ruim.

Para quatro estrelas precisa melhorar muito.

Nossa estada no hotel foi razoável, o hotel tem instalações antigas, os banheiro na área da piscina/sauna precisaria de mais atenção. A escada da piscina apresentava um certo perigo para as crianças, não tinha um responsável para controlar a descida. Pontos positivos o café da manhã e jantar sempre com boas opções e a boa localização do hotel.
