Terrível. Todos os dias acordamos passando mal com tanta fumaça que entrava no quarto. No primeiro dia, achávamos que estava acontecendo um incêndio. Todos voltamos doentes. Atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Tive uma boa estadia quando eu cheguei fui bem recebido mais tive um pequeno problema pois não estavam achando a reserva: porém ja estava ciente que isso poderia acontecer pois tive um pequeno problema que foi resolvido com excelência no atendimento da Hoteis.com e na BVTUR fui atendido pela Fernanda que me atendeu super bem. Passado o problema da reserva que foi resolvido tive uma excelente estadia eu e minha família estamos muitos felizes com todos os momentos que nos estivemos em Caldas Novas Obrigado Hoteis.com e BVTUR

Hotel cheio e demorado, mas condiz com o valor

Razoável. Primeiro Ponto: dependências do hotel No quarto (segundo andar) tinha parede descascando. Cama ok, tamanho do quarto ok. Banheiro com tamanho bom, chuveiro atende, toalhas limpas e cheirosas. Ar condicionado ok mas meio barulhento. Elevadores quase que impossível usar, ainda bem que ficamos no segundo andar e fizemos quase tudo pelas escadas. Dá acesso ao parque, mas vc não pode usar no dia do checkout (ponto negativo). Filas para checkin normal, mas para o checkout era 40min de fila. Segundo Ponto: Café da manhã Hotel muito cheio e local do café da manhã pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes. Tinha bastante opção de comida (ponto positivo) e a reposição era rápida, mas o barulho dentro do local era intenso e sempre meio bagunçado por causa das pessoas que chegavam as vezes molhadas e tal. Escolhi o hotel apenas para um dia pois fui a um casamento na cidade. Sei que hoteis com clube é mais ou menos assim, mas a quantidade de funcionários para a quantidade de pessoas estava meio discrepante. A parte de lazer do hotel eu não usei por ter ido com outro propósito, mas as piscinas pareciam estar em ótimas condições.
