The woman working the desk when I checked in was super friendly. Quick and easy and helpful when my card didn’t work, she even came with me to open up the door since I had all my things in my hands. The hotel definitely needs fixed up, holes need patching and painted and it wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve been in. But the bed was comfy, and we had no issues. Overall a good experience!

It’s just bad, only stay if your desperate.

It stinks like water damage and bugspray right in the front door. Right from check in my keys had to get reprogrammed 5x and would not work, so had to hop rooms. Both rooms smelled like they had been smoked in for weeks, body hair and dust everywhere. Other notes: floors cracking, sheets, curtains, ac unit you name it, all should have been replaced years ago. To top it off I’m pretty sure the bug I killed underneath my sink was a baby roach.

Clean room at an affordable price

I came for a festival so the price was a bit higher but the room was in fairly good shape and it was very clean. Needs some updates but is a well maintained facility.

2nd year in a row I had to have my room switched for ants infesting my tables. Had a room switch twice in one night. Once for the ac unit not working and falling off the wall, and a few hours later because of the ant issue. Faucets falling off the sinks, burn holes in the comforters in a non smoking room, and the rooms all had an odor to them.... Just extremely disappointing and frustrating considering the amount of money paid.

Not as pictured, no breakfast that I paid for with my king room, the place should be shut down, unchanged dirty sheets,burned out lights, hole in the floor,blood on the wall worn out sheets towels bed spread and filthy animal hair covered dust ruffle huge stain on mattress, chairs worn out, mattress falling apart, black ring in bathtub and toilet toothpaste splater on mirror and sink someone's use fake eyelashes, I spent 88$ at walmart buying cleaning supplies and linens and 2 hours of our trip to clean the room so we could stay there, I would have demanded my money back and left, but my brother in law was staying there and has cancer and needed to be close to events, the air-conditioning unit falling off wall and the inside of the windows filthy hand prints, had to swifter the floor 4 times , I have photos of how disgusting everything was,sticky spilled substances under bed with hair and dirt stuck to it, don't recommend this hotel to your customers Expedia

The room gave me lung cancer.

The room smelled like it smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day for 30 years. When turning on the bed it would make an awful noise. I will never stay there again.

We have stayed here in the past and it was and okay, hotel, but this go round the bathroom tub was dirty. You could take a wash rag and wipe the walls and the wash rag was gross.

It is in a busy area with lots of highway/ truck stop. Hotel is worn, odd smells ,ice machines not working? Where was included breakfast? Some local food options. If I’m going to pay over 100$ a night I’d like it clean and it fulfill what it promises on website/ Expedia . I won’t be back ….
