The space
Our modern tiny home is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. This private 315 sq ft space is fully fenced for your exclusive use and boasts high-end appliances and furnishings.

Inside, you'll find a cozy and comfortable living area with a leather couch, two smart TVs, and high-speed internet for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, to help you start your day off right. There's also a dining area with seating for two.

The bedroom is located in a loft area, which is accessible by stairs without a railing. It is imperative you feel comfortable climbing stairs and having enough balance getting up 9 steps with no railing. You’ll need to climb to the bed as the loft area has low ceiling height (see photos). Here, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed with luxurious bedding and skylight windows that allow you to stargaze as you drift off to sleep. The bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor and features a modern shower, sink, and toilet.
