· You can also visit beautiful beaches and towns of the Costa de Barcelona, towns on the Costa Brava and the cities of Barcelona and Girona.

· Calella train station 7 minutes walking away, you can go to by train to the center of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya).

· Well connected, next to the N-II highway and a few minutes from the access to the C-32 highway (Barcelona)

· Barcelona-El Prat airport at 70 km and Girona-Costa Brava airport at 40 km.

Check in:
· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to show an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

- Option of direct delivery of keys at the accommodation. This must be requested 48 hours before the day of check-in. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros
*Please note that there may be a delay in the delivery of keys at the accommodation, for reasons beyond the control of Vivalidays.

Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Option to collect the keys out of our check-in hours by a safety box in the office with no cost.

·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.

·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.

Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.

Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Reglas:

· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.

· Pets not Allowed.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
