A fabulous hotel with great staff. Mia on reception was an absolute star. She helped us find places to eat, things to see and also sorted out our jet lagged brains with the car park! Lovely local eateries and scenic walks are around the hotel. Will stay here again!

Loved the Alt Hotel! Great location near the River Walk and some great restaurants nearby. Hotel has delicious Chix restaurant in the hotel offering breakfast and lunch. Great Japanese restaurant attached too.

Fresh and modern hotel in the eastern village. Easy access to trams and ammenities in the downtown area. There are a few independent businesses in the immediate vicinity of the building. Suitable for anyone using it as a base for the Stampede, Flames games or just general visit to Calgary. Rooms aren't massive and the control pad to control the lighting and heat in the rooms can be a little annoying to use. Otherwise decent stay.

Enjoyed our stay . The hotel is fully updated with the latest technology. Reminded me of Europe as electricity saving is incorporated in your room. Shower was great with outstanding pressure for a shower! Automatic blinds were very cool. The decor is very chic and cool!

This is a beautiful modern hotel with exceptionally well-designed rooms. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was light and spacious. The lobby has a pool table and space to gather and work. My room overlooked the river, which was pretty, except for the incredible amount of spiders and webs in between the floor-to-ceiling double-paned glass (not in the room). So I kept the curtains closed and didn't enjoy the scenic cityscape the room would have otherwise afforded. Also, because of the river view side, there was an event below in the river park with a DJ that played dance music until about 9:30pm on a Saturday night. I would definitely stay here again, but would likely ask for a non-river view if I stay on a weekend.
