The staff were very courteous. Check in and check out both went smoothly. The room and hallways were clean and the pool looked lovely but I didn't have time to use it. The bed was very comfortable. I slept really well as the area is a quiet one despite being on a busy road. Only negative thing was that there was no hair drier in my unit although there was a bracket on the wall to hold one. I didn't notice until after I had washed my hair.
