We arrived to our room dirty, food on the ceiling, tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, stains on the furniture. We get another room finally the one I booked queen size beds, only to find condom wrapper, blood on the sheets, heater didn’t work, when we left for the day yesterday no housekeeping. We had to ask for towels and face cloths only to be told they don’t have face cloths.. 4 of us in a room and only gave two towels as kids stayed free from what they told me when I asked for more. No cream and sugar for coffee so asked for cream and sugar and the first employee said he couldn’t find any,, came back a few minutes later and another employee found them. HORRIBLE place!!!

The stay was decent for the price, but I was unaware at the time of booking that my room overlooked an active railway track. The noise from passing trains and nearby traffic made it difficult to sleep, as the windows didn’t seem well-insulated against exterior sounds.

The restaurant is permanently closed. No water inside room. No phone connection. No toothbrush no toothpaste inside. The vending machines inside doesn’t accept cards properly. The water machines on the floors are out of service which results in walking firm room to reception for water.
