Unsatisfied Experience: When we arrived and checked in, we immediately tried to turn on the air conditioning because it was extremely hot in the room. To our surprise, the aircon wasn’t working. I tried calling the front desk using the room phone but received no answer. I called again around 8 to 10 times, even using my personal phone, but still no response. I ended up walking all the way to the front desk, even though our room was located at the far end. I reported the issue, and they sent a maintenance person who said it would take about an hour to fix the aircon. We waited patiently, but after two hours, nothing had changed. I tried calling the front desk again multiple times—still no answer. Once again, I had to walk all the way there. By this time, it was already past 9 PM, and we were exhausted. The only solution they offered was to bring a fan. But in such a warm room, a fan just blows hot air around. As a result, my boyfriend and I barely slept and were extremely uncomfortable the entire night. We booked this room specifically to rest and relax, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've had. This is not the standard of service or comfort we expected.

This hotel was somewhat clean. Located in maybe not a great area, is was so loud the people next to us were so loud the kids were playing hockey in the hallway. The restaurant was closed down the pool was full on unsupervised children. There didn’t seem to be much of accessiblity accesses there was an elevator but seems like to get to it you had to take the stairs. This was not a well planned out layout. Our room was freezing and when we asked how to work the heater because it didn’t seem to be working we were told that they felt like the room was a good temperature because they also couldn’t get it to work…. I would stay here again for some many reasons these were just a few

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at here. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to head downtown or. Would stay here again.

Staff was overall friendly and helpful. Definitely liked how quick the checkout was after my stay. The only downside was the hotel closed their pool early. So, it was a bit of a back and forth walk to have one of the staff open it up for us, but they were still helpful with accommodating oyr needs
