Very nice hotel, rooms comfortable and the staff were friendly. The morning breakfast was very good and the staff made sure to keep the area clean. The shower was the biggest bone of contention. The water pressure is non-existent and the Hot and Cold on the tap is labeled backwards. There is a hand rail in the shower that is terribly placed, you will smash your elbow on it at least a couple times while struggling to get the shampoo out of your hair. The parkade was closed on the exact days we stayed which meant we were left to fight for a spot in the extremely tight outer areas of the hotel. We were lucky enough to get a spot even though most were tight to get into. This was our first impression of the hotel which was not an ideal start.

It was very expensive for the accommodation. I stay at Hampton, Hiltons, and Westin holtels normally amd they not near as expensive as this hotel was. Other than that it was okay.

Clean and conveniently located.

This was an overnight stay to attend an event at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Theater. The facility was clean comfortable and quiet. The pool in the center court was clean and welcoming. Checking was smooth and the staff were pleasant and professional. The breakfast buffet provided many choices and was filling. The underground parking also was a nice addition. We will look to stay again when attending future events.
