The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable. The girl who checked us in was very kind and helpful. There was a couple who tried to check in ahead of us but they didn’t have a reservation so she called the south location for them. She went out of her way to assist them and offered them a room. Meanwhile she was able to check me in. Great customer service. Breakfast was good! Wide selection to choose from. Would stay again!

We arrived after a week in Banff and Jasper National parks. While there wasn’t anything wrong with our stay, it was a bit of a let down after being in the mountains. Also, we had driven 6+ hours and just wanted to rest

The shuttle showed up late, which was annoying, since they told us it would be there within 'ten minutes', and it most definitely wasn't. The room was clean, but stank

Missed the bus

We signed up for the 7 am morning shuttle when we arrived the night before. We were down for breakfast at 6:30 and were watching for the bus. At 7:04 we went to the desk and were told the shuttle had left at 7. I asked if anyone checked the rider list and that we were right there. We had to wait for the 7:30 shuttle for our flight at 9. Luckily we made it. We were very disappointed. Also, they need new pillows and sheets. The sheets were very thin and pillows small. Those are two important things to me in a hotel.
