We had a suite with kitchenette but there were no plates, cutlery, knives. Cupboards were empty. Stay was related to a hospital visit so wanted to be eating in the room. Breakfast was just average.

Never choose basement rooms begins with 1- room number, resulting from noisy A/C inside and moisture room, I found a bug crawling on the bed. But breakfast is excellent and hygienic.

This place is not recommended. Staff is not good and blaming guest for the door issue. We waited so long for them to fix and we dont hear any apology to them. Comfort inn is UNCOMFORTABLE place to stay.

I saw online that this hotel had a jacuzziroom available on Sunday, August 3rd. I drove there from the restaurant to check it out. I was able to get the room early as one was ready. we wre in the room in 15 minutes start to finish, including paying for the room.

Was not noted anywhere that the pool was unavailable which is the reason we stayed at this hotel. Very disappointing for the little girl with us. Front desk was a little rude and unaccountable. The room was less than basic and needed some work.

The story in the room was gross, we kept our shoes on. The sink was clogged and took a long time to drain, the couch was so stained and gross we wouldn’t sit on it. Only stayed here because it was a last minute booking and a long weekend so options at other hotels weren’t an option. No way it’s a $400 room, more like $120.

Arrived after a canceled flight late at night with my 2 children. The sofabed was broken and unuseable. We waited an hour for them to look at it only to have them shove a cardboard box under the frame. Sofa cushions were dirty and stained. Super noisy and were performing work at 3:30 in the morning. Front desk did not help or apologize. Would never return
