The hotel and room were nice and clean but the staff were very bad and rude. No greeting and not friendly. When asked why were given a room on the main floor we were told that's what was booked but after further questioning, it was because we booked through Expedia and that guests that booked through their own website was given better rooms.

Amazing staff and service!! Great for adults and kids. The barrel sauna was fantastic as was the billiards table. My husband and I enjoyed the cafe each morning. So many great seating options in the lobby and the patio, and great views of the golf course and planes taking off from the airport. We loved our stay!

2nd floor room was looking at a wall not really liking the new room design for king bed setup. But bed was comfortable and clean. Minor annoyance for what price. Just use to northside view is all!

I liked most aspects of the property. The one item I was very dissapointed with was the sofa bed. With a family of 5 we typically have a sofa bed as a priority in our room and the mattress for this sofa bed was unusable.... Like springs with a light sheet over top of them. Never seen a worse mattress in my life. Thankfully one child was small enough we could make a bed out of a sofa cushion.
