Breakfast was not good. Very salty hash browns, rubber eggs and very greasy sausage. Issue with only one small elevator for the number of rooms causing crowding and long waits. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly.

The bed was comfortable. The room was decent. The room doors slammed. The bathroom door didn’t stay open to clear the bathroom after a shower. Our sink was clogged. The staff was great!

The staff were all great from the front desk, housekeepers, and breakfast attendants. They were all super friendly, professional and saw to all of our requests. We were needy guests lol The only complaints I have is that the hotel is close to the airport or atleast close enough that there are low flying aircraft at all hours of day / night. The hotels construction does not have sufficient noise proofing to compensate for this. In the shower the toiletries are hung on the wall right where you stand so you are constantly bumping into the bottles while showering, there is no way to move them as they are fixed to the wall. Breakfast was a bit disappointing too, just heat and serve sysco food. The egg patties were dried out too. Overall I don't believe that we will stay here again. We tried a new hotel outside of the one we normally stay at due to it being closer to the mall, but the noise experienced through the night makes our usual hotel up the road in Airdrie more appealing and comfortable for sleep.

My check in was ok it was not very friendly or warm though. The room was clean but I was surprised that there was no coffee table as this made me and the 5 boys eating difficult. The hot tub was not in service which made me regret staying. If hotels don’t have amenities in use then they should notify you so we can make an informed choice to stay or not. The breakfast was very good and sufficient enough to be satisfying. Would we stay again? Maybe but I’ll be calling first. The pullout bed I slept on was terrible and uncomfortable My check out was very pleasant warm and friendly. I appreciated the ladies at the front desk being very polite.

It was decent. There isn’t much between the walls and doors. Can see the light from the hall between the doors and it’s super loud when there are people in the hall. When neighbors are entering/exiting their rooms it sounds like your door. The hot tub and water slide were down which would have been good to know before check-in - a message should go out to arriving guests. The staff were friendly though. Will likely give it another shot when we bring our kids (hopefully the hot tub and slide will be back up by then)

I have been a great supporter of this hotel for years- personal and for business. Unfortunately, there have been repeated challenges and deterioration the last 2 years- the only elevator is down more than it is operating; there is dog feces in the hallways, and the hot tub is frequently out of service and there are empty cans on the grounds. There are positives as well- the team that does the breakfast is amazing and friendly; the front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and professional, and just as important is the Manager acknowledged the challenges that occurred during my latest stay and gave me a discount on my 3rd night stay- I thank him as he is trying. As long as pets are allowed, and the children jump in the elevator, nothing will improve. As some of my personal trips include a mobility challenged family member, we could not stay here as it would not be safe with the only elevator not in operation. I love the location and hope this hotel can get back to its superb beginning.
