The first room we were assigned to smelled like cigarette smoke they quickly changed our room but the housekeeping that was done in that room was subpar especially the bathroom.

Great slide and pool area, they had an awesome shallow pool with a small slide that was great for our toddler. Staff were all very friendly too. The water in the bathroom sink was way too hot, I immediately burned my hands. Alarm clock in the room had the wrong time and needed a screwdriver to be set which was a small annoyance and the fridge compressor was super loud at night. Overall a great stay, we visited the Calgary Zoo and Granary Road while in Calgary both were top notch!
