I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Hilton Garden Calgary Airport . The washroom had a persistent unpleasant odor and lacked proper ventilation. The hair dryer was in such poor condition that it was unusable. Customer service was particularly unsatisfactory during breakfast guests were left waiting in long queues for seating, and staff seemed more focused on tips than on timely service. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

We chose the Hilton Garden Inn as a family gathering place to celebrate a Grandparent’s milestone birthday. We could not have been happier we did. Our suite was spacious and well equipped for our group, the front desk staff were warm and helpful and went above and beyond, the hotel, pool, lobby, dining areas and suite were exceptionally clean and well accommodated. The breakfast menu was wonderful and the food and service both mornings was excellent. Even our airport shuttle drivers were a delight. We definitely recommend this hotel!
