Overall good. The hallway was stiflingly hot. Never enough towel hooks in the bathroom. The neighborhood is sketchy, I felt unsafe walking around.

This hotel has everything you want in terms of cleanliness, comfort, amenities, service, etc., but for us what sets it apart is location. There is so much within walking distance, we were able to leave the car parked for much of our visit. The Folk Fest, the gorgeous library, Studio Bell, Inglewood, The Confluence, and so on.

Pilllows were not usable. Did they each only have 10 feathers in them?! Also, sound proofing was terrible. Could hear everything happening on the street below like I was ground level with my window open. Parking fee was also over the top expensive, missed that hidden fee when I booked.

The hotel had anything I needed for our stay. The restaurant was good, staff were friendly and attentive. The room was nice and the hotel felt clean and well kept. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy but convenient to get around and close to places I wanted to visit.
