All of the staff from check-in to lobby bar to breakfast were very kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet and menu options were great. Room was very clean, comfortable and felt premium.

When checking in housekeeping was confirmed by the hotel as well as room service . When returning to my hotel after a long day no housekeeping was completed as well as room service is not offered. The heat did not work in the room 65 degree's and I could not increase the heat thermostat as was on 80 no improvement. Last day the elevator was being worked on and I had to walk down 6 floors with my luggage, computer bag as well as my handbag no offer for assistance .
