The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The lounge staff, the younger fellow, his service was very poor. I sat and waited for him to get a piece of lima for my drink, my drink sat on the bar for 10 minute while he was serving 1 other couple. I. I thencame back with my partner, and again with menus he gave us, and only 3 people in the lounge, it tool him 20 minutes for him to come and ask what we wanted and i had to go and get him, again. I believe the lounge staff should be guided so these things dont happen again.
