This is a self check-in unit, detailed instructions will be sent prior to your arrival for a smooth and easy entry.

The studio features 1 queen-size bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

No pets are allowed in the unit.

Please note that there is no AC in the unit. A fan is provided to help with air circulation during warmer days.

The entrance is located on the west side of the building, separate from the main entrance.

The property was decently priced but only in comparison to the overpriced properties all around the city. The toiletries and appliances left in the unit were quite good, however it's in much worse condition then the photos would have led you to believe(lots of paint chipping, the unit doesn't have a number on it and the building itself is in pretty bad disrepair). My thought is that it's a building on it's way to become a slum lord type of place where the people are paying rent and nothing is going into upkeep of the place and the unit is also just a big cash grab to maximize profit and they don't care about maintaining it at all. But if you want a simple place to stay with no bother then this is a spot for you.
