Their hot tub was leaking even after contacting front desk, they didn’t fix it for 24 hours and then their card key wasn’t working every time we use we had to go to the front desk to reset it.

This property has been neglected for years. Everything in the room was shabby.The sink was chipped, the bath tub enamel was worn out and curtain rod was rusty. My key card quit working several times and the staff's apology was robotic.There was no hot hot water one morning! This is a one star hotel at best.

staff here are terrible, they do not like complaints. The key cards need to be programmed daily, the rooms stink, they do not give enough towels or toiletries, when you ask for towels they say you have to wait till the afternoon then go pick them up yourself. We had NO HOT WATER for 24 hours. I said this hotel was not up to standards the night front staff stated it's cheap and that the day front seat guy was the manager but when I complained to him he said he wasn't the manager. I asked for info and they gave me an email address. I went to use my key to get it and even after being reset it still did not work, BOTH KEYS, I went back to get him and he said "you have no idea what your doing!" And telling me not to yell and basically calling me an idiot (I have stayed in many hotels/motels ets in the last year) when we got to the door he wanted to take the key and show me but at this point I wanted to prove that I knew what I was doing and used the key..... Nothing, then he did it and for whatever reason it worked (we soon found out that on the 2nd try it works when your not frustrated) he then proceeded to tell me that if I break the lock it will be at my expense I said that the motel was not in good condition and that they should refund me for not keeping to the standards they are to provide, he then laughed and told me to leave I was now mad and yelled I would if I could, he then said he was calling the cops..... We were then kicked out later by cops. Check Google reviews 1.6

This property was in terrible condition. It had a bad smell. The bathroom was in terrible condition, the toilet didn’t flush properly. Overall a terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Hassle and not relaxation.

First off, let me tell you after taking a damage deposit the warning about not staining the sheets was given. The room was dirty. I complained about the fridge not working, and was told to get away and the front desk agent went as if to call the police. Ridiculous. There was no hot water in the morning.

I have been waiting for about 2hrs to open the door they gave me 4or5 card to open the door but all of them faulty and then I feel unsecured.the logo name is in small hard to find because it covered by an other big logo which is Ramada.the staff is not respecting customer and not cooperative. I couldn’t get freedom to go out for dinner with my family because when he opened me the door he warned me that he will not open the door for me again.He don’t care about me.
