Every door in that room got stuck at the pool really hard, which makes a loud sound. My 10-year-old son went to the washroom middle of the night calling for me because the door was stuck and he couldn’t open it. The pullout couch mattress is like sleeping on a piece of cardboard adjusting the temperature for the shower wasn’t very good. The handles all wrecked the place was clean. Staff was friendly, but the maintenance on these rooms is horrendous.

The staff are excellent, very courteous, friendly and had a sincere smile. I find most Hotels to be the same, as far as facilities goes. Nothing new under the sun. It is the staff that make the difference. And the Sandman has excellent staff.

Rooms were clean and front desk staff were great. Maintenance issues that should have been addressed were disappointing. Staff addressed issues when brought up but were very visible and should have been identified by cleaning or maintenance staff prior to us ever checking in.
