Cleanliness poor, bathroom in room wasn’t clean on arrival, lobby furniture very worn, cost of rooms extremely high with no services offered. Asked to be moved due to location and noise and ask wasn’t honoured. Not good value for money.

Sink was leaking when we got into the room, water everywhere. Air conditioner was beyond noisy. Bed was comfy though. Shuttle runs 24hrs/day which was great because we had to be at the airport for 4am. Left our vehicle parked at the hotel while we were gone for $5/day, much cheaper than park and fly

There were several sports teams on the same night. Kids running up and down the halls, playing in the elevators, parents outside drinking. We booked this hotel so we could use the hot tub. The kids took over the whole pool area and the staff wouldn't do anything about it.

Check-in went smoothly. We paid for early check-in and were able to access our room around 12:30 p.m., which was very convenient. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and having restaurants attached to the hotel was a big plus—especially since it was raining around dinner time. We appreciated being able to simply walk downstairs and dine at the Moxie’s connected to the hotel. The hotel is pet friendly as well However, the room itself had a couple of maintenance issues. The sliding door separating the seating area wouldn’t close properly, and the latch on the main entrance door didn’t seem to stay secured.
