Mostly extra charge for shuttle even when it wasn’t available and the doors were smashed out in front with glass everywhere. The attitude was take it or leave it for the most part with lots of apologizes but no action.

They charged me again for the room I already paid thru Expedia at a higher rate. And they did it 3x!! What I don't get is, they reversed the first 2 charges on the same day, but the 3rd charge took a week to be reversed. Not good.

This is a sham hotel

This is a terrible hotel. Everything about it is horrible. I cannot say anything good about this. The most horrible part of the hotel is their breakfast. Its a sham. They only offered bread, half muffins and coffee. There's no eggs, bacon or tea. They also don't have microwave. You'd have to go to the reception to go warm your food in the full glare of everybody/
