So I went to this property for four nights and every day I called for a housekeeping they did not give me any type of housekeeping. I booked through Expedia, but I paid at the property so I asked for at least one night refund. Expedia claims that they reached out to the hoteland could not get anyone. The service was horrible. Nobody spoke English. Nobody had any translators. I get it a Third World country but having to call for housekeeping over and over and over again and still not receiving it barely able to receive fresh towels. It was a horrible experience book with the Marriott or the Hilton. Those are much better choices, though that’s where my friends went so needless to say, I’ll be reaching out to my bank for at least one night’s refund

New but not very clan

The hotel is new and in good condition. The breakfast was good but the restaurant is at the hotel across the street, not convenient. There was a cockroach in my room, disgusting. I mention to the person at the front desk when checking out and she didn't care at all. No comments, just a facial expression meaning "so what?"

Enjoyable and relaxing stay in Cali

A really enjoyable and relaxing stay in the hotel. A was there for 5 nights. The room allocated was very spacious, cleaned each day and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The hotel had a swimming pool and lecture area on the top floor which was very nice. In order to use the gym you had to cross the road (not busy) to the sister hotel. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also across the street in the sister hotel. The breakfasts provided were very good value with various options available. Security around the hotel was very good. The hotel is directly across the street from a very good/ large shopping mall with a wide range of shops (if that’s your thing) and cafes/ restaurants. The hotel is located in the north of the city about 2 miles from the downtown area. Taxis / Ubers are very cheap in order to get around. $3 will get you anywhere downtown. I would definitely recommend the hotel particularly if shopping forms a part of your trip.
