Parking was great, location amazing and the property was ideal

Ok the rooms were fantastic but! Judging by the fact I was the only car in the carpark and no other rooms had any lights on can someone tell me why I was put in an upstairs room ? You weren’t to know I had a slight issue with my right knee but cmon folks why put me upstairs?

Apartment was very clean and staff very pleasent.
