Marvelous holiday villa with private pool and wonderful sea- and panoramic views

Summary:
In addition to the displayed rental price, the following expensis must be paid in cash on arrival:

- Guarantee 400 € (will be refunded at departure)

The rent includes 50 kwh/ week for electricity and water till 8 cbm/week (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

The Space:
Exclusive villa with private pool and fantastic panoramic sea views. A very nice and comfortable house with modern and very attractive architecture.

The spacious living area upstairs is open with american kitchen (with dishwasher). From here you have access to a large covered balcony (with stunning panoramic sea views), with outlet for BBQ terrace and pool.
There is also at the 1st floor 1 bedroom with a large, modern bathroom. The other two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the ground floor at the pool level. Access to these rooms you have by an internal staircase. From downstairs you have also access to the pool terrace.

The house is very comfortable and modern furnished. There are at the side of the house a cozy barbecue terrace with sitting.

Dogs are not allowed. For the tenant has a garage.

The Neighborhood:
Very calm Residencial area.

Getting Around:
Restaurants and tennis courts about 1,5 km. Next Sandy beach about 2 km, Supermarket 3 km.

Other Things to Note:
Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles.
