BEAUTIFUL MEDITERRANEAN STYLE VILLA SITUATED IN CALPE(COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 6 guests.
LAYOUT: Villa ANCLA BLANCA is a magnificent Mediterranean style villa with all the facilities distributed on one floor. We will access the villa through the porch to the living room.
To our right we will find a large table with several chairs for all the guests. To our left, a lounge with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a television at our disposal. The independent kitchen is located to the left of the dining room, and is equipped with all the necessary elements and electrical appliances for the preparation of fantastic meals. From the living room we have access to the three bedrooms, all of them with double beds, one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower. We will also find another bathroom with shower at our disposal.
EXTERIOR: Entering the property we have access to a large space to park several vehicles. The garden of the villa surrounds the house and we can find several spaces where we can relax. La piscine est située sur le côté droit du jardin. Surrounding the pool we will find several sun loungers to enjoy the sun. Just behind the pool there is a chill out area with a sofa and several armchairs where we can have a refreshing drink while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate. Just below the porch there is an outdoor dining table with seating for all the guests.
SITUATION: Villa Ancla Blanca is located in the town of CALPE, just a few minutes away from all leisure facilities, such as restaurants and supermarkets, but at the same time it is in a very quiet area. We would be just a few minutes away by car from the Calalga beach and the beautiful fine sand beach of La Fossa, with all kinds of restaurants and bars to make the most of our vacation.
