On the top floor there is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with panoramic sea views of the Mediterranean see, the Natural Park of Ifach and the mountains inland. On the main floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, one of them en suite. There is also a large and comfortable living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. A large terrace with both covered and uncovered seating areas and a magnificent outdoor dining area overlooking the great blue sea and the Rock of Ifach. On the ground floor, pool level, there is another bedroom with double bed and an en suite with shower.



EXTERIOR: This villa is built on a large 1000 m2 plot, access is through an automatic gate and there is enough space to park our vehicles. The super original pool is built with slate instead of the usual pool tiles. Facing the pool, on the large terrace, a bar area protected by a 'bali hut "and a nice wooden sunbeds with natural umbrellas. There is also a ping pong table and of course a barbecue.
