Nice Family Hotel

Nice hotel for families. Nice pool and kids pool in complex. Rooms very clean. Free car park opposite hotel which does get busy. Very friendly staff. Only criticism and its hot a harsh criticism is that the food could be improved a little on the buffet. Having stayed at other 4* hotels on the island in the same week we found the food to be lacking a bit in variety and quality. Overall very nice stay and kids loved it apart from no free WiFi?

Not the best hotel I've stayed in.

Much of my review is probably down to the fact it is the last week of the season for the hotel. The staff were mainly quite pleasant, although there was one or two who couldn't raise a smile in the dining hall and behind the bar. The rooms were not particularly clean and the towels had seen better days. The toiletries provided were very poor quality and not replenished. The room had been booked for several months and when we arrived, then had to wait for a put me up bed to come for our little niece, in other words for a 2 bed room to be converted into a 3 bed room. This also made the already small room very cramped. The food was mainly lukewarm regardless of when you went to the dining hall. We chose to eat out several times although we were half board in order to get something hot. I must say though, other people we spoke with had different views in that they thought the food was amazing. The kids club was fantastic, with our niece thoroughly enjoying her time there, so thanks to Luke and Sergio. The pool was far to cold to be used although a couple of brave souls did. The climbing frame in the children's play area should have been condemned. The plastic coating covering the chains had disintegrated leaving the chains unprotected and I dread to think the damage that could have been caused had a small child slipped with there fingers through the holes in the chain. The area was on the whole closed due to end of season. Not a hotel I'll visit again but others I spoke to would.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Beds very hard, air conditioning didn't work in my room. Entertainment was underwhelming. Most of the staff didn't smile ever, I felt like I was an inconvenience. The younger waiters and waitresses were the only ones friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, lots to choose from. The outside bar/snack bar was closed most of the time we were there. Spotlessly clean rooms, lobby, dining room etc.

Close to everything Palma nova has to offer. The all inclusive is well worth every penny we paid.The food was excellent. The pool and pool bar was 10 out of 10. The room was emmacculate and spotless. We can not fault this hotel and hope to stay again in the future.

Great location near beach . Many walking opportunities nearby to numerous restaurants, shops and bars. Hotel is very nice and in great condition. Dinner and breakfast buffets very good. Exceptional value and we would definately stay here again.

Good Hotel and a great location!

Lovely hotel, Staff mostly friendly in a great location two minute walk from the beach if u use the back gate, the snack bar by the pool sadly didnt open till our last day (May 2nd) due to it being out of season so snacks are very scarce for an all inclusive if u book out of season. Food in the Restaurant was always nice and plentiful but it never seemed very warm. Would come back again but probably only in season if we went all inclusive again.

Hotel nice decent location. Food choice terrible caters mainly for the Spaniard's. We stayed on the 5th floor only 2 lifts in the hotel so most days had to use the stairs on several occasions.

Thin walls in the rooms, noisy as traffic mountain side, no sun on balcony mountain side, difficult to sleep unless a nap in the day when everyone is out.... walking distance to shops and sea which is good....

Nice hotel within easy walk of the centre

We were given a large room overlooking the pool area with a sea view which was very clean. The TV had English programmes on as well as many others. The large seating area outside had plenty of sunbeds both around the pool and on a terrace. There is a snack bar serving both drinks and hot food until 6pm every day. The gate by the pool was open from 8am until 11pm which enabled you to walk down to the shops and sea front easily. The hotel doesn't have a carpark but parking wasn't a problem along the surrounding street during our stay in October

Great Resort, Great Hotel

This is a great hotel in the fantastic resort of Palma Nova. Located back from the main strip, but still just a stones throw from the beach. The food was excellent (and being all inclusive I tried quite a lot of it!) as were the local wines and spirits. Service (restaurant and housekeeping) excellent. Reception staff generally good, although was surprised that I wasn't asked if I enjoyed my stay etc when I checked out. Was pretty much ignored when I left the keys so didn't feel particulalry valued as a guest. Luckily I like the place and so will go back regardless. This was our third stay in three years and have to say very pleased with the improvements being made since Globales took over. Apparently there is further work planned for the actual rooms and so very much looking forward to seeing what they have done with them next year. Would higly recommend.

On arrival with my son and his wife and baby daughter I was told that there was only one room booked and not two as I had thought. It was very late and so I accepted the situation and paid £140 for another available room for the night. I was told that this room wasn't available after the first night and my only option was to sleep I n the room with my son and his family after that as there were no rooms to be had at any Globales hotel at that time. I did this for two nights and then managed to check with my credit card company and establish that I had paid for two rooms as I believed. I was then found a room on the same corridor as my family and i moved in with a sigh of relief. The extra monies thatched paid for this privilege 500 euros and the cost of the first night was then refunded to me with profuse apologies . I was not offered anything in the way of compensation , not even an upgrade of my room. The room I was given stank of cigars. I did not complain as I didn't want to further upset myself on ago midst that had proved quite difficult . The staff were all v polite but took three days to discover their mistake and only did this with evidence from me . Would you please let me know my position in terms of compensation . I would like to visit the hotel again but do not feel that they addressed the issue of compensating me for my upset and inconvenience on holiday .

Hotel Palma nova

When we arrived we did not realise we were all inclusive and we were upgraded to a sea and pool view the bar service was fantastic and the snacks available at the pool bar were very good not just burgers but steak and pizzas chicken and salads also fresh fruit the staff were very friendly and polite all public areas of the hotel were immaculately clean and the swimming pool was cleaned everyday as was the patio areas we stayed in a 4star hotel in Cyprus last month this hotel beat it hands down
