Purobeach Santa Ponsa möchte Ibiza-Flair bieten, bleibt aber deutlich hinter dem Anspruch zurück. Zimmer, Lage und Atmosphäre konnten uns nicht überzeugen, vor allem wegen dem Schimmelgeruch, dem Lärm und dem fehlendem Komfort. Positiv: Vielfältiges Frühstück und teilweise freundlicher Service.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, muffiger schimmeliger Geruch, Terrasse mit Nachbarzimmer geteilt, keine Badezimmerartikel. Unmögliche Parkplatzsituation und vorreservierte Sonnenliegen, das ist ein Unding, welches in dieser Kategorie nicht zu erwarten war. Mag mir gar nicht vorstellen wie das bei voller Auslastung in der Hochsaison funktionieren soll. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für das Gebotene einfach nicht, zudem ist die Umgebung sehr wenig ansprechend und die Gastronomiepreise sind astronomisch hoch.

Am ersten Tag sind wir spät angekommen und haben unser Apartment bezogen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Auto extern geparkt wird und ein Valet-Service zur Verfügung steht. Tatsächlich wurden wir mit einem Bus zu einem etwa 1,5 km entfernten, öffentlichen Parkplatz gebracht – unser Fahrzeug stand also nicht auf einem geschützten Hotelgelände. Am zweiten Tag wollten wir nach dem Frühstück in unsere Suite zurück, kamen jedoch nicht hinein, da die Schlüsselkarte nicht mehr funktionierte. Zunächst informierten wir das Housekeeping, das Hilfe schicken wollte – diese kam jedoch nicht. Nach etwa 30 Minuten gingen wir selbst 2 x zur Rezeption. Bei den ganzen Treppenstufen unliebsam. Erst dann kam ein Techniker, allerdings hatten wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits einen Termin und waren deshalb verspätet. Zudem blockierte dann der Techniker die Suite über anderthalb Stunden. Danach funktionierte der Zugang wieder. Zutrittsystem defekt. Keine Entschädigung. In den folgenden Nächten begann das eigentliche Problem: Jede Nacht gegen 0.30 Uhr schaltete sich die Klimaanlage selbstständig ein,lief auf voller Leistung bis etwa 6 Uhr, auch bei Off - Mode. Erholsamer Schlaf war nicht möglich. Wir sprachen das an, fühlten uns eher belehrt. In der nächsten Nacht trat das Problem erneut verschärft auf – das Bedienpanel reagierte unkontrolliert.2 Nächte schlaflos Am Ende fragte niemand nach unserem Feedback. Insgesamt entspricht dieser Aufenthalt für uns nicht dem Standard einer Fünf-Sterne-Unter

Eine Insel Auf Der Insel !! Das Puro Beach Resort ist ein tolles Club Hotel, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt! Die Anlage ist in einen Berg oberhalb von Santa Ponsa eingebaut und bietet einen tollen Panoramablick auf die Bucht und das offene Meer. Kulinarisch wurden wir ebenfalls sehr verwöhnt, beginnend mit einem fantastischen Frühstücksbuffet und einer super guten, gehobenen Küche im Ona als auch im Pool Restaurant. Der Service ist exzellent und das Personal überall super freundlich. Die Anlage und das Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es wird auf alles penibel geachtet. Auch haben uns die Pflegeprodukte im Bad sehr zugesagt. Wäre schön, wenn man die vor Ort kaufen könnte.😃 Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Super Frühstück und Dinner a la carte. Es ist zwar noch nicht alles zu 100% fertig, aber wenn der Sportbereich noch abschließend fertig gestellt ist, ist es perfekt.

Es war wunderbar! Wir hoffen dass der Standart so bleibt…für ein 5 Stern Hotel müsste man auch sehr auf Kleinichkeiten mehr acht geben, wie zum Beispiel die Sauberkeit überall, die Abläufe kontrollieren, sowie die Klimaanlagen! Alles andere war top👍

This is nowhere near a 5* establishment: Inexistant parking nor valet, closure of the pool for an event, moldy smell within the room for which the reason was “it rained this week it’s normal”, no refill of water by housekeeping it’s a do it yourself. When calling reception to obtain a bottle opener the response was also you have to come pick it up yourself and more.
