Outside you can take a refreshing dip in the private saltwater swimming pool with views of the Mediterranean Sea in the background. The pool measures 9 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.50 to 3.50 metres. Next to it, the bar area is perfect for an aperitif after a swim. In addition, the property has billiards, sauna, gym and children's play area, for an entertaining afternoon after spending the morning at the beach. In the evening, the best plan is to cook a delicious barbecue and enjoy it under the porch next to the house. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
The stylish interior of the 2-storey house has all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. The large living room with kitchen offers a Smart TV, satellite channels, and a ceramic hob. Still on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. Also on the ground floor, we have a bathroom with shower and a toilet. On the first floor we have 3 more bedrooms, all of them with a double bed and one of them with bathroom en suite too. There is a third bathroom with shower for the rest of this floor. The property is equipped with ducted air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
