Wonderful stay

The villa was fabulous particularly for the family including our 15 month old grandson . The location near the beach and in a quiet residential street was perfect. The service we received from the oh went was first class . He is very intuitive and thoughtful . He made our visit all the more enjoyable.

Fabulous villa in quiet location

It was our grand-daughter's first holiday abroad and we couldn't have chosen a better one! Everything was perfect for our family with our 2 year old. Great pool and facilities in the spacious villa - we spent most of our time there. Carlos is so welcoming and left such well-stocked cupboards and fridge which gave us a really good start- so nice not to worry about the grocery-shopping as soon as you arrive! The location of the villa is perfect - we went to some really good restaurants on the days we didn't have a barbecue at the villa - and Santa Ponsa beach was really nice. We all loved our holiday and hope to return someday.

Family holiday

Really enjoyed our week and didn’t want to come home. Carols is lovely and went out of his way to make sure we was happy and enjoying ourselves. The Villa is amazing. The kids loved the pool and the swings :-) would definitely go back and recommend the villa to anyone.

Lovely villa

We had an excellent stay in Villa Puerto Adriano. The villa is spacious (we were 2 families with 4 adults and 3 children), the pool is excellent with plenty of sun loungers and pool toys for the kids, and the location is great, a short walk from a Spar and restaurants/take aways. Carlos could not have done more for us, he really does go above & beyond, even providing a fully stocked fridge on our arrival. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Incredible host!! and fantastic property

Carlos is one of the best hosts we have seen in years!! his place is amazing.. great home away from home .. and a must stay if you are visiting Mallorca.. His hospitality is impeccable. His villa is perfect for a family with kids.. pool, space, kitchen.. just perfect and most welcoming.. Kudos to Carlos and his space.

We had the most wonderful stay at Puerto Adriano Villa , Carlos was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble, we were greeted by Carlos who gave us a tour of the beautiful villa and he had left us a well stocked fridge which was a fantastic bonus, the villa was very clean and there was everything we needed , we would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to return

Fabulous El Toro villa

We had a fabulous weeks stay at Carlos’s villa. Fantastic location by the port, beach and restaurants. Our children loved the games room and pool and all the equipment and beach towels provided meant we didn’t need to bring our own. Lots of space in the villa and wraparound garden for a family of four and more and everything you could need for a great weeks holiday. The fridge was pre-stocked with essentials which was a very nice touch and Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful as a host. We have friends in the area so know El Toro well and would definitely recommend as a base to explore Mallorca. Lovely quiet residential area but walking distance to restaurants if you don’t want to eat at home. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Excellent stay at Villa Puerto Adriano

We went on a family holiday in September to Villa Puerto Adriano. This 3 double bedroom, 3 bathroom villa suited our 6 adult party perfectly. The villa was very charming, spacious and clean. We were greeted by Carlos the owner who showed us around. We were very surprised to find the fridge and food cupboard well stocked by him , which saved us a trip to the supermarket for a couple of days. Carlos is a very friendly, happy, charming man who can't do enough for you. He is very helpful and is always on the end of the phone if you need him. We would recommend this villa for adults and families alike.

Mallorca villa holiday

We have just come back from the most amazing holiday in Mallorca staying at Carlos and Susanna’s lovely villa. They were both so accommodating. From providing everything from a fridge full of food and drink on arrival, to treating us to a takeaway on one of our evenings that we stayed in. The service was impeccable and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone. The villa was located down a peaceful road and was also gated so the safety element for children is perfect. A supermarket was just around the corner so it made getting any food or drink bits really easy. It was also spotless on arrival and the perfect size for our group of 6, spacious and homely. Any questions or queries we had throughout our stay were answered almost immediately from the owners and were always available to help if we needed. They also provided a really helpful guide on restaurant recommendations and all the instructions we needed for any appliances within the villa to make our stay as easy as possible. If we visit Mallorca again we will definitely be returning to this lovely villa. Thank you Carlos and Susanna for making our stay so special! Millie and the girls

Good time had by all

Susannah and Carlos were great hosts from first enquiry to leaving. We were blown away by our fabulous welcome with chilled drinks and a very well filled fridge, always a smile on their faces. The villa is in a quiet residential area, walking distance from a few nice restaurants , a lovely bakery and a Spar. There are also more up market restaurants in the harbour. The buses are easy to use and we were able to spend days on the beach in Santa Ponsa, visit the waterpark and Palma. We loved hanging out in the villa, plenty of space for 2 families and the pool was a fabulous hit. Lots of space to socialise and relax, the only problem was not having long enough there, every one wished we were staying longer. Thank you Carlos and Susannah

Family holiday July/August 2019

Our stay at this villa could not have been better. On arrival we were greeted by Carlos with a huge smile and amazing welcoming to his villa. To our utter surprise and amazement he had provided us with a fantastic welcome pack and proudly showed us around his beautiful villa. My 5 year old was in awe of the surprise room and was spoiled by our host. The villa is in a perfect location, close to shops, the beach and the stunning marina of Puerto Adriano with fantastic bars and restaurants. The villa itself is well appointed and you want for nothing, if you do, then Carlos is on hand to provide you with anything you need. All in all we had the most fantastic 2 weeks here and have already booked for next year (in fact we booked it on day 2 of our holiday!)

Great find

The owners, Carlos & Susanna, go to great lengths to ensure you have a comfortable stay in their property. They are fantastic hosts and provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed the salt water pool. The fridge was brimming full of essentials and treats and to our delight after a day of travelling, Carlos greeted us with a delicious Thai dinner on our arrival. Fantastic touches to welcome guests! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful villa

Carlos and susanna were very friendly hosts as soon as we booked their villa they were extremely helpful to us. Carlos met us all at villa and showed us around his wonderful property he was so very kind filling the fridge with such thoughtful gifts which were gratefully received. Also one night bringing us a takeaway in a beautiful basket. He has been brilliant we had a fantastic time. We found the area of El Toro very pleasant and travelled by taxi to palma and Santa Ponsa. This villa has everything you need for a very relaxing holiday. We had a few bbqs in the evening and relaxed around the pool during the day. You can walk to the local shops plus Port Adriano. Another amazing holiday !

This was our second time staying at the gorgeous villa. Carlos & Susanna are the most perfect hosts. We arrived late in the evening and Carlos greeted us with a Chinese takeaway! We were so grateful after travelling. We have 3 girls aged 11,8,7 who all love coming here. The pool is amazing and you have the games room for when you want to get out of the sun for a bit. This villa has everything you need and more. It's in the lovely location with the beautiful Marina and lots of local restaurants. Thank you for having us Carlos & Susanna. Hope to come and stay again soon.

Everything we needed was there including a full fridge, towels, good space, games etc

Great location, a short walk from bars, supermarket, Marina, sandy beach, warm sea and great restaurants. Fully stocked villa with all that you need including a welcome meal and snacks/ drinks for the whole week. Good pool and seating on the astro turf grass. Carlos the owner responded to everyone before and during our stay instantly, in fact I probably took much of an advantage of that! Just what we wanted for a laid back family retreat! Thank you!
