Vue spectaculaire maison vieillotte

La vue à 180 degrés est magnifique : d’un côté la ville de Camaret, la Tour Vauban et la chapelle , de l’autre, la vue, sauvage, sur la Pointe des espagnols. Le GR 34 est en bas du jardin. La maison date des années 80, elle est vieillotte ; les salles de bains sont à refaire ( robinetterie, douche, baignoire). Le linge de table et de toilette est à remplacer.La propreté de la vaisselle doit être vérifiée entre chaque occupant.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und der Blick einfach traumhaft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Ins Örtchen ist der Weg zu Fuß kein Problem. Der GR34 verläuft direkt am Haus vorbei, ein Paradies für Wanderfreunde. Kleines Manko dass das Grundstück leider nicht komplett eingezäunt ist. Dies aber vielleicht nur als Tipp für Hundebesitzer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumlage

Die Lage war super. Das Haus ist schon älter. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön. Das ober Bad ist auch schön. Das untere Bad kann man nur mit einem Heizlüfter heizen. Die Küche ist schon alt, bis auf die Dünstabzugshaube funktioniert alles. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Der Wohnbereich hat eine tolle Aussicht, könnte aber von uns nicht geheizt werden, weil der Elektroofen nicht ging. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

La maison idéale dans un cadre idéal : vue sur le port de Camaret et la baie (les photos ne trichent pas), une terrasse pour les repas, le farniente au calme. Le GR34 au bas du jardin et de là l'accès à la côte. Rien à dire sur la maison : tout y est !
