Nice and quiet house with garden 10 minutes from the center of Seville. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 for adults, and 1 for children, with a small bed and cot, plus 1 double sofa bed. 2 full bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen equipped with appliances. Living room with fireplace. It is heated, hot and cold. Terrace with barbecue. Chill out terrace, solarium overlooking Seville. Very new furniture. Very quiet area, but very close to shopping center and entertainment area, restaurants, bars, pubs, etc. In the urbanization there are parks for children and parks for the elderly. 10 minutes from the Isla Mágica Amusement Park and the Olympic Stadium. Internet access. Pets Allowed,


Customer opinion regarding the situation: 'The description of the offer fits in reality a very clean, recently renovated and well equipped house. An amazing house Our hosts were so kind to welcome us and take us from the airport to the house. Upon arriving at the house on a holiday, they had the power to fill the fridge. Our advice for transport: 300 m to beyond the house there is a bus stop (bus 159) and take bus 160 or 166 that pass until midnight every 5 / 10mn and arrive in 10 minutes from Seville. You do not need a vehicle to visit Seville, in short, another advantage. '

Customer opinion with children: 'Excellent quality / price ratio. The owners were very friendly. The owner's son picked us up at the airport. There was something to eat in the fridge and also something to enjoy specialties (delicious cakes, oranges). The owner called us in the week to see if we didn't miss anything and was always available to answer my questions. As for the house, it is large, beautiful and very clean (so impeccable recent). The setting is ideal for families with young children (our son loved the room in the Children's Services house and there is a 5-minute Children's Services playground). Overall, I strongly recommend renting this house, an excellent service + perfect home.

Customer opinion regarding the owners: When we arrived we found a fully equipped house, impeccably clean. Well located in a residential area on the outskirts of Séville. During our stay, we ate dinner on the terrace and breakfast, the kitchen is practical and we found food available for many two days. Ana and Javier, whose kindness and welcome create links that you feel happy.
