Studio apartment, located on the ground floor of a small building, with an enclosed terrace (loggia style). It comprises a main room with a kitchenette, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, and mini-oven, and a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm). There is a bathroom with toilet and a TV. Easy parking is available nearby (150 meters). Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee – please request them when booking! Pets are allowed. There is no internet access.

The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). A property inspection is carried out upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. If guests depart on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inspection will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Bed linen/set for one bed/per week: €10.

- Towels/kit per person/per week: €5.

- End-of-stay cleaning for the studio: €33.
